1990, the year we decided that "Bronze Age" didn't refer to ancient civilizations, but rather the socially acceptable practice of wearing a ballgown skirt with a Hanes tank top. This image radiates that specific early-90s energy where you had to look effortlessly chic while simultaneously casting a shadow that looks like it’s about to commit a crime in a film noir. She looks incredibly intense for someone who is essentially advertising a shiny skirt at a department store, but that was the power of Linda Allard, making you feel like you needed a wide belt to survive the coming decade.
