Hi Kristina!! Thank you so much for the birthday wishes!!! ♥ Here’s a tiny snippet from a Severus/Hermione A/B/O AU fic where Hermione’s a Hogwarts Professor, and Severus has asked her to join and help him in gathering some rather…unique potions ingredients in the Forbidden Forest.

“As I’ve mentioned before, Professor Granger,” Severus’ eyes gleamed, and Hermione’s heart attempted to leap straight out of her chest when she noticed the corner of his lips twitch up into what she knew was a smirk, “should you wish to, you may call me by my given name.”

His voice seemed to drop as her name fell from his lips, and as his dark eyes remained fixed steadily on her, Hermione felt a very familiar warmth begin to coil deep in her stomach.

Before Hermione could force out some sort of intelligent reply, or yet another reminder that Severus was still welcome to use her given name as well, the alpha spoke again, this time, with a raised, questioning brow. “Shall we enter my quarters? There are a few things I must gather before we leave on our excursion to the Forbidden Forest.”

“Oh, of course,” was Hermione’s quick reply. Yet the second it dawned on her that she was still standing before the door to Severus’ rooms, blocking their entrance, she felt her face flame slightly before she gave a sheepish smile and took a few steps to the side.

😢- a line that made you cry

I haven’t exactly cried from writing/reading my own fics yet (that’ll probably happen when I start writing my bakery au) but one that does make me emotional is Bucky’s dialogue from Chapter 4 in Buchanan Medical: 

"Ease your breathing down," Bucky murmured next to Steve's ear, who continued his loud cries. "Think of something relaxing. Think of palm trees blowing in the wind on a summer day at the beach. Think of waves crashing against rocks."

That whole scene wasn’t planned and I’m so happy how it turned out. 

✏️- favorite part about writing

Outlining!! It gets me excited before I start writing the first draft. I use it as a guide and it helps a ton. I don’t really outline for short oneshots but I go all out when it comes to longfics. So far, my bakery!au is a little over 8k lol. Also writing that one scene that has been stuck in your head but it comes out even better than you imagined.

@sunshineailin​ Thank you!! I’m glad you like what I wrote so far! :’-) When I first saw Endgame and watched that scene, it broke my heart so much, because Bucky looked so resigned, like he just knew it in his heart that Steve wasn’t going to come back. (I later saw I wasn’t the only one to think this.) Thus, this fic’s going to be from Bucky’s POV, with him believing that Steve’s just gonna leave (him) and not come back. But since I’m the one writing this (and not the Russo Brothers), Steve will be coming back, and Bucky and him will be having their (much deserved) happy ending. ♥
