Recovering from suicidal thoughts
Good afternoon to everyone! Sunshine Agency would like to help you! If your suicidal thoughts and emotions have subsided, please seek help as experiencing this emotional pain is a painful experience in itself. Look for us (Sunshine Agency) and we will help you to reduce the chance of attempting suicide again in the future.
1. Identify the triggers or circumstances that lead to despair or suicidal thoughts, such as the anniversary of loss, alcoholism, or interpersonal tension. Try your best to avoid these places, people or situations.
2. Take care of yourself by taking three meals regularly, sleep enough and also keep exercising as it releases endorphins, reduces stress and promotes emotional health.
3. Use positive influence to accompany yourself with the people around you and make you feel good about yourself. The more money you invest in others and the community, the more money you will lose, which will help you maintain a positive attitude and on the road to recovery. Therefore, build your own support network.
4. Develop new activities and interests by looking for new hobbies, volunteer activities, or jobs that give you meaning and purpose. When you find yourself fulfilled while doing something, it will make you feel better, and the feeling of despair is unlikely to recover.
5. Learn to deal with stress by finding healthy ways to manage your stress levels. You can perform simple breathing exercises, and challenge self-defeating thoughts.
