    One moment, Ratchet was curiously analyzing the vegetation along the outskirts of Crystal City. The next, he was being shoved by a smaller bot and instinctively combat rolling as a result. It was impressive that they were able to shove him successfully, as Ratchet was not a lean automobile, but then again, it had caught him off guard and he had not been braced for it.

“Oh, hey!”

They uncurl their neck to look up at the stranger, squinting against the light that filters down between the photovoltaic leaves. It’s not someone they recognize, but they don’t seem hostile, either, so Whirl remains unworried.

“I’m looking for a—” They double-check their assignment. “A Dawnsail? Just, y’know, checking in. I get to be your messenger for today!”
