Grateful for days and friends like these. Natalie and I had an hour to catch up and we decided to go watch the sunset. I swear there is an 80 year old woman full of wisdom living inside of this girls body. It always surprises me when I remember she’s just 18. Thank you for making me put down the camera to run into the ocean for a sunset swim. Everyone needs a friend like you.

I can’t remember exactly what we had planned to do this day, but I know that I forgot to wear my swimsuit. We had gotten to the beach when it was still daylight and were running around the rocky cliffs watching the ocean throw a fit. As the sun began to set, the beach cleared out and suddenly there were some of the pinkest clouds I’ve ever seen in the sky. You can’t ever pass up a sunset swim, especially when the sky looked the way it did that night so Cloudy jumped in and man did it look magical. Here’s a shot I got of her (@tolackcolour) bobbing in the pink reflected sea. ( by ashley guzman )
