Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan while elaborating on the bhajan, “Manas Janam ka Batayen Nishana, is Janam men hai Naam Dhiyana” Says that this soul has got this human body after a long interval. This human bust is availed by the soul after ages and ages of a Long time. A most noble act can be performed by the soul during human birth only. That is such an act, which results in the destruction of all bad acts, freedom from Trans –migration, and enjoyment of the happiness of both the worlds by a human being while living in this ‘Mrityulok’. Respected Guru Ji says that the human body is the best, the topmost and finest possession. Man can become free from all his worries, problems and sadness after performing one act of high caliber. All the religions agree that the act of sumrin, meditation of Om, Hari, Allah, Waheguru, Khuda, and God’s name. The scientists of present days also agree that the cosmic rays from universe strike such devotee and enhance his self-confidence profusely. Such persons do not get nervous by their problems, pains and worries but instead of it fight them out bravely and enjoy life in a better way.

Respected Guru Ji says further that it is a matter of a bit surprise that no money is needed for this fine act of meditation, neither one’s home needs to be abandoned, no difficulty is to be faced by the devotee, no separation from anyone happens but one has to attend the Sat sang of Saints and their sermons needs to have listened. Saints tell the way to perform that noble act and those persons who follow the way to implement that noble act by initiation of Guru Mantra, its practice through Sumrin become entitled to gain the happiness of both of the worlds.

This is the biggest target of human life. Sat sang is the best laboratory for this. Explaining further His Holiness explains that when a man desires some object he tries to research for its possession. For example a fan, light, mike, aero plane, etc many other things you see. Everything was invented gradually as per demand. But why this thing does not strike the mind of human beings that that Supreme Power, Om, Hari, Allah, Waheguru which is said to exist everywhere, as advocated by every religion, also needs to be researched? Why man does not analyze this fact that how he is present everywhere and still is one. He cares for everybody and watches us all. How this all is possible? In order to know this, there is a proper method, a procedure, and that very method is called Guru Mantra or the Method of Meditation. Through the recitation of Guru Mantra, your internal powers will be awakened resulting in freedom from all worries, pains, and problems and you will become worthy of the graces of the Master.

Continuing further His Holiness Baba Ram Rahim Ji says that when you face some problem or trouble, then you discuss them with some of your sympathizers and feel a little relief due to this. But the trouble does not end there and remains lurking in a corner of your mind. So in order to find a permanent solution of that you need to meditate the Guru mantra, do sumrin and prayers. If you do so then surely your troubles will end by 100%. Because the trouble which you feel are reduced when shared with your fellow persons will be removed altogether when those are shared with God, Allah, Ram, and Waheguru because he is an ocean of kindness, owner of both the worlds and master of all powers.
