Have you ever heard of a Sunn Coliseum 400 watt? I just came across one selling for about $400 online and apparently it comes with a custom made cabinet with 2 black widow speakers. I don't know if it is an older version or if he meant 300 watt, the post was a bit hard to understand haha.
Sounds like a typo to me.
Favorite (relatively) inexpensive bass heads. GO.
Vintage Ampeg is your best bet, particularly the V-4B β the prices are going up on them but if you can find them for $500 or less go for it. B25s are neat too, though possibly underpowered. For the more affordable stuff: Sunn Coliseum/Coliseum Bass/Coliseum 300. Sunn Concert Bass, Sunn Beta Bass. The Traynor YBA-1 is cool, though a YBA-1A (twice the power) is more sensible for bass purposes. Acoustic's 300- and 400-series heads are rad. I've heard good things about Peavey's Mark series. I'd go on but the prices are just gonna go up, hopefully this helps.
