Process
In a deep container; add flour, salt, sugar and yeast. By adding water, mix the ingredients well. The flour is kneaded for about 10 minutes. If necessary, flour can be added.

After the kneading process, the dough is covered with a damp cloth and allowed to rest for 35 minutes.
After the dough rests, the oven is heated to 180 degrees. Afterwards, sunflower seeds are poured on the molded bread again and then put into the oven.
Bread, which is baked for approximately 35 minutes, is served hot or cold.
