I went to Sunshop to check up on my postpaid subscription (applied last Saturday). I waited for 30 minutes before my number was called. Me: I applied for postpaid plan last Saturday and until now I haven't got any feedback yet. CSR: Wait ma'am I'll check. After another 5 minutes. CSR: Ma'am you're application is still at the headoffice but it was endorsed already. Me: So you mean? CSR: Wala pa po. Me: But you said 2-3 working days diba? I applied last Sat pa. CSR: But ma'am, Monday po. Me: Yes I know Monday, but still, 3 working days have passed, mali ba bilang ko? CSR: No, pero Ma'am naka-endorse na po sa Head office. Me: Meaning? CSR: Tatawagan na lang po namin kayo if may updates na. Me: *WTF?* Ok. *walks out* I heard her say thank you. I'm not happy with what I did but then I'm really mad!
