in public he’s going to keep the physical affection to “as much as still garners respect for a senator of alderaan” bc this man loves having you nearby and being reminded that you’re nearby. but when you’re in the comfort of your own home, good luck getting him away from you. it’s “mrs. organa” this and “my lovely wife” that, whether you’re married yet or not

he makes his love for you known in both the way he holds you and in the way he carries himself every day. he works his damndest to be a man you would be proud to call yours and it pays off

will shower you in compliments when you’re at a senator’s gala with him, again piling on the “mrs. organa” and “my wife” like icing on a cake. you remain silent during a lot of the social interactions and those that aren’t friendly with bail believe you’re cold and cruel, but those with bail’s utmost trust (and yours) know it’s the opposite. with those you care about you’re open and kind and pretty funny
