Altered the recipe a bit, used laughing cow assorted cheese flavored cubes instead of cream cheese which the original recipe called for!
Definitely smells cheesy!!

Attempted shaping it into a donut but lets just say l tried
Could be better w bit more sugar in the dough
Also will definitely be better if l actually just made one gigantic donut with all the dough instead of 8 pathetic servings🤦♀️ cos lets be real l ate up all 8 anyways lol

Came out smelling so darn good l literally ate 2 of em
Could have piped the coffee topping more evenly though!
Cheese in the middle didnt come out melted!
Will first take the cubes out to defrost first in future! I made the mistake of freezing them thinking that they might leak out whilst baking.
Turns out l need to have more faith in my dough😅

A success l’d say! Let it cool for a bit and it turned out rather soft and fluffy😚

Also added wee bit more sugar to my dough cos last week's one was literally tasteless😅
