Sun Liquor Distillery opened in March 2011 after years of dreaming, research and planning. Head distiller Erik Chapman and founder Michael Klebeck worked tireless to figure out how to make their vision reality. In the Fall of 2011 they debuted Sun Liquor’s flagship Hedge Trimmer Gin, followed by their award winning Unlxd Vodka and robust naval strength Gun Club Gin. Sun Liquor Distillery is on of the only distilleries in the country to also serve as a bar & restaurant, serving in-house spirits as well as a full bar and food menu.

Pacific Distillery is a small, family-owned-and-operated distillery located in the heart of Woodinville, Washington's wine country, just north of Seattle. We specialize in making world-class hand-made spirits using old-world methods, recipes and equipment.

We've put the knowledge we've accumulated over years of running our small family herb business to good use. Botanical samplings from around the world, in addtion [sic]  to what we've grown ourselves in our own garden are combined to make the best spirits possible.
