if you are on desktop, I recommend using 'control panel for twitter' extension instead of a VPN if you use any of the browsers below in their respective devices. you can turn off the facial recognition thing there as well as unblur all images
otherwise, I think that any VPN extension for ur browser would work. I use VeePN personally, though only the free plan. if you're on mobile and don't use firefox or edge and don't wanna pay for any VPN plans, the Turbo VPN app or any other VPN apps w ads will get u unlimited amt of access without forcing u to pay for their subscription eventually
