Sorry for neglecting this bookblog for such a long time. Excuse is I've been busy with adapting to a new life in UK and life in law school.
Earlier in November, I went for a book signing event in Waterstones, The Hayes. Yes, it's Becca Fitzpatrick, the author of Hush Hush series, even though the signing is for her new book, Black Ice. It was a unique experience being able to meet up with an author and get the book signed. She is lovely in person. :D
Summer
I need more time to read.
I keep making excuses for myself.
Oh well.
:D
Oh god, I've been missing since forever from this blog and to my surprise, I've gained to 200 followers. I'm way speechless by this overwhelming welcome by the book blog society. Thank you for following me and be there for me. I promise to update more. My life in Cardiff is still unsettling because class has started and I'm in panic for tutorial classes.
Oh well, thank you again. Really appreciative.
Short Update about Life
I know I have not been active this few days or even this past week. I've been busy (it's the only excuse) with packing and visa stuff. Don't worry, I'm not here to announce that I'm closing down my blog or any equally bad news. On the other hand, I promise I'll will still be reading and updating more on book world.
Yay, I'm finally going to study in the UK, specifically Cardiff of Wales. If there is any reader out there who wish to annoy the hell outa me, please inbox me, any Cardiff related things is welcomed.
Books update - I have 3 unwritten reviews lining up on my desk but I'm flying tomorrow night. I guess I'll try to write up the reviews all mashed up in one review post or figure out another wiser plan. I am aware of my big pile of TBR of the month and I have the backup plan for it, which is to read them as ebook, to the exception of The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair.
Another side note, I've added The Night Circus to my TBR pile because of my new reading group. It's still a childish-Whatsapp reading group so it's still shy for me invite people (outside my circle) to read along. That aside, you're most welcomed to read along.
If you're interested, the book which I'll be reading during my flight will be Twenties Girls by my all time favourite author Ms Sophie Kinsella. Also, if you're wondering what books I'm bringing to UK, to your outmost disappointment, I brought only chinese books. In my defence, I think you can find any English books you want in the land of literature, right?
So long for a short update, see you guys soon (on Tumblr)!

The Time Traveler's Wife is so long, so so long.
Tagged by tag.
I was tagged (again) by my babe, spintheleia. I shall answer the question and not tag anyone. If you're interested in my questions, you can view this post.
Dada's Questions: 1. Your favourite classic? I don't read much classic but The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry is my all time favourite.
2. John Green or Sophie Kinsella? Sophie all the way.
3. Which character you love the most in Hunger Games series? I haven't read Hunger Games, yet.
4. What are you reading now? Animal Farm by George Orwell
5. Where do you read? on my study chair or bed (at night)
6. Coffee or tea while reading? I don't do anything else while reading.
7. Favourite part of your favourite book. Usually those parts that made me cry are my favourite parts. Not to mention also those parts where gastronomy is explicitly described.
8. Do you read secretly during class? Yes, in high school. I read Dear John and cried during class.
9. Fine with reading eBooks? in desperate moments.
10. Do you count how many books you read a year? yes but I usually lost count of them in the middle of the year.
11. Do you judge a book by its cover? Always.
Thanks for the tag, spintheleia. I love answering questions! *gay*
