What does Miri think of Alex?
Right now, Miri is a bit cross with Alex. She feels like his attitude towards Shae is rather obtuse and he is not taking his situation as seriously as he should. She also thinks he is allowing his anger to once again take hold of him when he very well knows what could happen if he does.
She also thinks he's lost. Something in him is different since he's returned from Draenor but she can't quite put her finger on what.

Except there are actually people who did it around that ilvl? Check the WoW sub reddit and go back a couple weeks there are tons of sub ilvl 500 people who got The Black Harvester.
No doubts there are people who did it sub 500, just that no one asked them whether or not they did it. Check any "help with Green fire quest?" thread ANYWHERE and you will see someone helpfully posting how "I did it with [x,y,z disadvantages], ez content" which is not really helpful (unless the question was "can it be done with ilvl [x]" or something similar) and rarely serves no purpose except remind people "i'm tru warlock and you are not" and how you can't possibly enjoy it unless you were somehow gimping yourself.
(self-imposed challenges are sometimes fun, but I will call you a liar if you claim you haven't seen warlocks trying to boost their e-penises by making lists of disadvantages they had while doing their green fire quests.)

How I feel about this character
OOCly Alex is an interesting mystery. He also cracks me up cause of how goofy he can be out of nowhere.
ICly, Miri has mixed feelings about Alex. She trusts him, yet the outbursts of rages that he has every now and then concern her. She worries that there's something inside him fueling the rage, something he's not willing to talk about or speak of. And now that he and Shae are divorcing, she worries it'll get worse.
