ABC Diet day: 1
So today I could only consume 500 calories and I think I did a pretty decent job. I'm still hungry but hopefully it won't keep me awake.
For breakfast I ate a banana which contains approximately 105 calories.
For lunch I had a salad with two small packets of ranch (stupid) and some spicy breaded chicken (>.<) Which was approximately 122 calories.
Then I had one orange which is about 62 calories.
Two tiny apple which total to about 61 without the skin.
And thorough the day I had 3 pieces of gum which are 10 calories each.
Which brings me to a total of about 380 calories consumed today... How many am I supposed to consume due to my height and weight to be healthy? About 2448 calories a day.
It's gonna be a long 50 days.
