Gabe didn’t have much furniture when he moved in, and he still doesn’t. The newest things are the single chairs in his living room and that’s it. He just doesn’t get around to buying more and he doesn’t really feel like he needs more because he lives by himself and doesn’t have guests over practically at all.

The rest of that huge living room space he has is mostly full of boxes from moving in. Some of them still have stuff like old comics and books, art supplies, etc. but most of them were left out simply because he didn’t expect to stay there for very long. He’s moved around a lot due to family reasons, werewolf reasons, fighting everyone reasons, etc. and the fact that he’s stayed in the same place for so long (maybe about two or three years?) is both pleasantly surprising and he’s waiting for the other shoe to drop and something to force him to move again.

Gabe hasn’t even touched the main room closet, so it probably still has stuff from the previous tenant.

Gabe has gone through a couple TV’s, but he learned that he can’t keep it in his room since that’s where he tends to retreat when he’s feeling wolfy, and he can become antsy like a caged animal if he doesn’t take several precautions.

Gabe’s kitchen is much smaller than Jack’s but it’s also more up to date with better plumbing, counters, and appliances. Gabe doesn’t own a coffee pot since he works at a coffee shop but he does use his kitchen to cook delicious meals when he’s up to it.

Jack only moved in about six months ago. He’s lived in this town before, a few years ago, and came back because he liked the atmosphere and the people.

Jack tries to be very neat with his apartment, even arranging things to be aesthetically pleasing and orderly. He likes to clean to clear his head, so if things are getting messy that’s usually a sign he’s going through something tough.

Despite this, Jack is prone to leaving books scattered around. He reads them whenever he’s in the same spot he put it down in and he’s bored or needs to brush up on spells, depending on where it’s left. For example, he’s more likely to leave a spellbook on the coffee table because that’s where he performs most of his rituals, but if he’s on the couch reading a novel for fun he’ll put it down on a side table.

Jack keeps all of his personal spellbook on his laptop, which he keeps in his desk.

Jack doesn’t own a TV; instead he watches things on his laptop, but he also spends a lot of time tending to his plants, reading, and exercising. (He even has a gym membership just to get him to go outside more, though he also has a few weights in his main room closet.)
