Inspired by a dress on @bettymagazine blog I’m planning a Sudley/Roscoe mash up in BURGUNDY VELVET!!!!! Im ok on shortening the skirt of the #sudley, to add the #rosco ruffle, but want to add ruffles on the sleeves.
