#subterronpa

Hello, everyone! With the rp drawing to a close and many fond memories coming to an end, the question has been posed: Will there be a Subterronpa 2?

The answer to this isn't exactly easy, as none of the mods of Subterronpa are interested in taking on the role of head mod by themselves. Whether or not Subterronpa 2 happens depends on whether or not people are interested in helping mod. Don't be fooled, being a mod is no easy task-- hence why the four of us need a break. I am not sure about the express feelings of the other mods, but personally, I would like to see a Subterronpa 2 and am willing to work to make that happen-- to some extent.

My favorite part of modding groups is brainstorming ideas, and I have been told I'm not that bad with sorting out interpersonal conflicts within the group when they arise. I am willing to co-mod a Subterronpa 2, but the brunt of post-making, communication between the art team/murders/executions and such would have to fall on someone else, because in my experience I have not been the best at staying on top of those things. I apologize for that. You guys all deserve the best. Which is why we're currently looking for potential new mods of a Subterronpa 2.

It is not necessary to have been in Subterronpa to be a mod of Subterronpa 2, but people who participated in Subterronpa may have a better chance at getting the position, mainly because we're familiar with them and we know what we can expect from them. It's not as easy to mod a group with complete strangers.

USOKAMI KISUKE HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY.

COMMENCING EXECUTION...

[FUNERAL PROCESSION OF KISUKE USOKAMI]

Kisuke began in an empty area, empty of everything. The darkness surrounded him completely in a misty smoke that choked his lungs. He was frozen in place, his blank expression all one saw. Then his face would begin to redden as he looked back and forth into the unknowing darkness. He would look into the darkness to see the bright eyes of small Monorats soon engulf the darkness around him. This was the funeral's cortege. 

With the sounds of rumblings, Kisuke would hear the sounds of the funeral soon being put up. His heart would begin to pound and his head became hot as he felt his imminent demise coming upon him. Rushing forward, Kisuke would only be stopped by the small animatronic rats that snarled and stepped closer to him. The now-Funeral Attendant steps backwards and trips into a bright luminescent coffin of an ebony sheen. Upon falling into the coffin, the lid slams shut, trapping him. The Monorats come closer as Kisuke slams and shouts and screams to be let out, his face red with his fury. 

Slowly and surely the rats grab his coffin and begin to lift it, carrying it away from the darkness from which they came. The giggles drowned out the screams and shouts Kisuke let out from inside the thick wooden coffin. All around them, the path they followed opened up as signs and tables and shrines and memorials sprung from the ground and positioned themselves in a miraculous display of a funeral fit for the murderous funeral director. A slick arch sign rose above it all, engraving the words "Face your Judgement" in a dark blood-red font. Ahead of the Funeral Procession, a large, steel, burning pyre.

A furnace. 

The Monorats sped up their cortege as the funeral around them rose up and soon fell into place. The flowers and gifts and reparations of past deeds come to him as they push him closer and closer to the large furnace. The screams begin to die out; he's surely suffocating in that coffin. Soon enough the rats shove the coffin into the furnace as Kisuke hears the crackle of a familiar starting cremation. The Monorats all sit and watch as the kindling begins.

KIMURA SATYA HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY.

COMMENCING EXECUTION...

[EVENTUALLY EVERYONE RUNS OUT OF TIME]

It’s just the rat’s sense of humor to remove her from one cavern and toss her into another. When Kimura gets to her feet, wobbling and unsteady, it’s only to take in the uncomfortably close rock walls and the abyssal depths beneath her. Her only salvation from either is the platform she’s standing on—a narrow treadmill—and, far ahead, close enough to the treadmill’s end to touch, a tunnel that seems to slope upward, a glimmer of light in its depths. At the mouth of the tunnel, dwarfed by the size of the cavern, is her partner in crime, just standing there with an unreadable expression from the backlighting. She wants to shout but her voice is a rasp and the only thing she can do is take a step forward even as pain lances through her stomach. 

Wearing its customary shit-eating half-stitched grin, the rat slightly twists a dial before it, and the treadmill creaks slowly into motion. Kimura stumbles from the sudden movement but manages to keep her footing and breaks into a full sprint—she can do this, this is all she could do. Steadily gaining ground despite the increasing speed, she halves the distance to the tunnel, and then she’s a quarter of the way there, then almost close enough to reach out a hand—

The rat scoffs and twists the dial all the way around before the pieces break apart in its paw. Not expecting this display of poor sportsmanship, Kimura’s legs are torn out from under her and she falls back on the treadmill on hands and knees. 

(No—this wasn’t how it was supposed to go, she was supposed to be all-powerful, invincible! How many times had she claimed she wouldn’t die in here? It’s all a cheat, a con, she’d won this stupid game, she’d done everything right—!)

At first, I met Mister Maddox, Miss Runer Runner and Mister Psychologist Sir! Mister Psychologist Sir is definitely in Yellow House! He's incredibly nice. He tried to hold my hand but that's okay I don't mind!

Violet house!!!

Everyone in Violet House works well together! I'm so glad! We're all very different and I think it's going to work very well! I wonder if other houses are getting along as well as us....

I've met a lot of other people, too! They all seem like they would be fun to play a game with! I really hope we can. I think it would be great! I hope I can befriend them all.

Some more people I've met! Miss Runner is around a lot, she's very loud but I'm sure she's nice. Um. The other girl kind of. Attacked me. And it was. Very scary. But. I'm okay! Mister Thumb Guy gave me this really cute hair pin and I think he thinks I'm weird but but that's okay. I need to repay him soon....

I saw a couple other people but I haven't really talked to them much. I hope I get to soon!

My housemates are the best housemates I could've asked for. We'll be okay. We'll definitely be okay....

Mister Word Artist is very nice! Even though I haven't gotten to talk to him very much, I think I'd like to be friends with him. He seems really nice and I enjoy his company!

I gave Mister Hayashi a present! He seems to really like it! I'm glad... I hope we get to become good friends. I don't think he's so bad.... But I think I'll still keep an eye out for him. He still slightly worries me....
