Favorite moment: I love the moment where Genthru asks Gon to heal the others first, it really humanizes him, I see a lot of people compare him to Hisoka, I can see where that comes from but I dont agree, hes missing the presentation and genuineness that Hisoka operates from, when he says Gon should give up because he has so much potential he isnt sparing him like Hisoka is, he wants Gon to give up. Genthru lies a lot throughout hxh so its rly refreshing to see him sober up in this moment and quietly ask the greed island trio to heal his friends

Idea for a story: I don't have any story ideas, I do wonder what they're doing now in greed island did they quit the game? did they decide to restart? I can't help but wonder

Unpopular opinion: They're not terrible antagonists, not every antagonist has to be like the chimera ants (who got so much time to be developed) or the other villains who are reoccurring, they're simpler villains meant to world build and reinforce themes (like the rest of greed island) they fit the arc they're in well. You aren't supposed to sympathize with them. They're player killers, they're not like the troupe or the ants who are a glaring symptom of a larger problem in the world. TBH I have a lot of thoughts about the bombers because they absolutely could use work (especially genthru should’ve had more complexity) but for a 17 ep arc he was pretty good im not expecting some complex shit angsty shit from Greed Island
