I present to you: The slightly altered Village Green! I flattened the terrain, replaced the slide with mortia’s gorgeous Game of Skittles and added some clutter. Lenn wasn’t just there for testing-purposes. The family hasn’t bought enough food, so he collected some fruits and berries.
April: I said in my first liveblog of Cells at Work that I usually skip the intro song, but since SU’s intro is my favorite of all time, and Steve needs to see it, I’ll make an exception.
Steve: I know this song. You sing it as a warm up before you sing other songs.
April: Yeah, but you’ve never heard it sung by the gems before. Besides, isn’t there anything you can find out from this picture?
Steve: With the exception of the girl in the blue dress, I see background characters.
Okay, wait. His van says “Mr. Universe,” so I’m guessing this is Greg, who you say is like, the best father in history.
Steve: Starting with the big no. Original.
Steve: Steven, you can’t just grab people. Personal space is really important. Unless you’re April, who can’t quite grasp the concept of a personal bubble around friends and family. She’s like a cat.
April: I was going to protest but... But it’s entirely true. It may be because of Aspergers.
Steve: Maybe, or maybe not. But the fact remains that this is what it looks like when April doesn’t get enough attention:

Steve: Cookie Cats. That sounds like something I, too, would have been obsessed with when I was a child.
Steve: If they discontinued ANY kind of ice cream sandwich, April would be losing her mind.
April: They’re my third-favorite treat!
Steve: The second is homemade cookies, and the first is cheesecake, but all sweets are worth defending, right?
April: Right! What would the world be without sugary treats?!

To be honest: The main reason, why I wanted to edit this lot, were the stairs. There was constant traffic jam, which is annoying. And although it’s called “inn” there were no rooms for sims to sleep in. Whack. I hope, I can repay the debt with incoming money perks.

Family Cullorth comes next. Zacharias owns the Sunflower Inn and I looked at it and sighed: “Why haven’t I been able to build a proper tavern?”
I admit it: I am a cheater.
So, I started to add a few rooms and decorations, the family ran out of money, I added a money-bush, built some more, added new bushes and here we are: The new and improved Sunflower Inn and crippling debt for family Cullroth.
Una has given birth to the spare of the Faulkner line. His name is Murdo.
This time Madleine roamed the streets. I wanted her to pick up some groceries, but the family is dirt poor. Well, they’ll have to eat fish and leftovers for a while. Luckily Eigil was there to cheer Madleine up. They are best friends. <3
Madleine continued to walk to the village green. The bushes and trees there are fair game for anybody. (I just chose, that should be a last resort.) Also the friendly witch Ailynn Monde showed up. Sorry dear, but no witches in the neighborhood yet!
