{smells} Earthy, like wet dirt and the forest after it rains. Also kinda dusty, like an old library?? Vaguely of a large animal, fur dander that may or may not have been wet recently

They were short on men, which was why Atreus had been sent out past the wall. It had been a long time since he had ventured north and his leg ached with the memory of his previous adventures.
Although it appears this one may be his last, for his group had scattered when confronted with a group of Wildlings.
His horse whinnied, tossing her head back and stamping her foot at the person in front of her. Atreus raised his hand in a mostly friendly gesture.
“As you can see I have nae a weapon drawn upon you, I ask that you give me the same courtesy.”

“inquisitor.” the title leaves hawke’s lips as she moves to try and catch the attention of the other woman, lips tight and the look in her eyes uncomfortable. “might i have a word with you?”
stxrmcaller replied to your post:[[MOR] >> i finally might have a clue for why...
is there anything else you can take for your headaches or do you think that you’ll be okay??

"I realize this is probably the worst sort of thing to just pipe up with randomly, but I do have a question." Tact wasn't always secure, even on the best days with the vashoth. She spoke her mind and dealt with the consequences it hurled at her, and this would be like any other. She could not deny she was curious--curious about the fact that the Herald was a dalish elf, and more curiously was the marking on it's face. Kossala knew plenty, however she was very ignorant when it came to the knowledge surrounding the dalish. It wasn't as if she ever regularly interacted with them throughout her lifetime, and it certainly wasn't as if there was much reading to understand them. Besides, the Kossith preferred understanding through conversation and discussion rather than holing away and gleaning it from parchment. Really Kossala held interaction as something to cherish, and if that meant strolling up and asking the Inquisitor a question then so be it. "What is that--I know it starts with a 'v', but all my mind comes up with is vitaar, and I'm aware that is most definitely wrong."

“Inquisitor on your left!” Atreus darted forward, bringing his sword up to intercept the blow from the red Templar. Steel clashed against steel and Atreus pushed against the force, teeth gritting together as he was pushed back a few inches.
There was a pull of energy around them as Atreus focussed, barking out a “Get behind me!” At the Inquisitor.

The Hinterlands could be lovely in the summer, Fenris was distantly aware, but it was difficult to appreciate its charms when one was set upon by marauding mages what seemed like every other hour. Even now he and the Inquisitor sat huddled beneath a rocky embankment, partially protected as the heavens opened up as if in judgment, separated from the rest of their party by a seemingly endless skirmish between a sizeable group of rebel apostates and templars. As much as it was wise for them to wait, to allow their enemies to thin their own ranks, such inactivity chafed beneath the press of hot blood, and Fenris finally looked away with a wordless noise of frustration.
“Perhaps we should bring along a chess board next time. It would see more action than us.”
