why was there an employment talk in a nhs m.e/cfs speciality groups course?
I'm quite pissed I'm in a nhs treatment thing for m.e/cfs its been ok but now the final session is about employment talking to someone who focuses on mental health and doesn't know our illnesses at all and i still had to attend im an artist who freelances, this is just for 9-5 employer based jobs and im a wheelchair user with this severe illness
Sot I've asked a query "how do you get hired if you're wheelchair user even with laws, they see a wheelchair and they wont hire you?"

"well if they are ignorant they wont hire you no,
It's non been issue in their experience, they've seen deaf people being hired its as long as you have the skillset that's wanted more employers can just install ramps."
Spoke as if office was only option.
Man did it stomp them,
c'mon hows that helpful skillset not what seems to get people jobs
