Ingredients: 2 cups shredded leftover Thanksgiving turkey. 1 cup leftover stuffing. 1/2 cup cranberry sauce. 12 slider buns. 6 slices provolone cheese. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the bottom halves of the slider buns. Top the cranberry sauce with a layer of shredded turkey. Sprinkle the turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place a layer of stuffing over the turkey. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the stuffing. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with chopped parsley. Brush the tops of the slider buns with the butter mixture. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
