New laptop
About to get a new laptop. What is better to study on? HP or Apple? I'm going into biology and need to update to a system that isn't windows 7. What would be better to study on?

Here I am again... doing my best once again to be able to provide myself some freedom regarding professional opportunities. Things are terrible where I work, my whole original Dev team has left, as the client we work for is the worst. My QA partner is also suffering, and we try to provide each other some comfort, talking about what makes us sad, and what we want to do in a near future.Β He is also leaving, and I am happy for him, he is too good for those employers. I know that there are good companies out there, and I will keep studying to be able to get in one of them as soon as possible.Β All of this I am living, reinforced something very important for me that I would like to share with you all: give your best while you are learning, in order to do not be attached to something that make you sad and miserable. Study enough and trust yourself to be able to leave what is pulling you down! I am doing this, and will do my best to be the master of my own careerΒ (Λβ£Λ) Start all over again, renew yourself, review your dreams, but never give up your happiness and your freedom β(^o^γ)βδΈ

Hi everyone!
Yesterday I did my exam, and today they released the answers for the candidates for review, and I went well! I cannot believe it yet!
On Twitter, there are thousands of comments about the exam, telling how hard it was in the Mathematics part (great memes!).
I was afraid of my performance, but my husband and sisters told me to do not be afraid, to do not compare myself, and to check my answers to know once how much I made, and according to the rules of the exam I went well, being able to go to the second phase: the essay review!
Yes: 70 questions & 30 lines essay π
That's why there were so many people in a sufferable state, exhausted after the test.
Now I have to wait for the official (and final) results. I am happy for me, mainly because I studied hard for this one. Great way to start the week!

5/100 Days of Productivity
My second desk for working (yes, it is very important to have diferent places to work/study, mainly during this "eternal" pandemic).
Work and study is very hard, but I feel I can achieve something better and leave the company I am working on in the moment.
So if you are fighthing for the way you really want to live, do it and believe in yourself! Do not give up. My programming job is coming, I have it inside my heart β€
Today is a national Holiday here in Brazil, and what I decided to do? To wake early in the morning to catch-up with my study schedule!
I started a new Java bootcamp, and I'm also making some progress in my AWS course studies (had to make a new paper board to keep on track of my activities... I am using Google Sheets too, but it is very important for me to SEE what I am doing >_<
Please, don't mind about my messy desk (O_o)

preparing a presentation about MAXQDA (how dope is that program btw), eating christmas cookies (I stopped my anti-sugar-diet for christmas lol but can recommend it to everyone struggling with skin problems!β€οΈ) and walking around my favourite town with lovely people (the only thing you can do right now in Germany) - with masks and distance. Oh, i miss the normal life! π₯Ί
