August is just around the corner! We’ve been full-speed on asset production, and though it’ll be a bit of a crunch, we’re on-track for releasing Beckett’s route in late September. I’m really excited about this! The team’s really gone above and beyond in making drop-dead gorgeous artwork for this route. Recently, we’ve commissioned Valee as another CG artist, so I’m thrilled to see what they’ll come up with!

In the meantime, some art sneak peaks. Big thanks to @elphaze for mob character sketches and gorgeous flashback sequences!

Stickers

@dizzyworld2 has been working very hard on adorable, animated digital stickers. She’s finished the set, so we’ll be sending those out within the next 2 months as a ZIP file!

Charm Update

All acrylic charms were sent out during the first week of this month! If you are a domestic (United States) backer, you should have received your charm. If you are international, please let me know if you haven’t received your charm. It can take up to 2 months to deliver, but I still want to have it on my radar in case it was not successfully delivered.

Beckett:

Good crewmate, gets his tasks done

But WOULD troll

“How do I use the vents like Zax did?”

Randomly follows one of the others or stand on the vents just to freak them out

Is he crewmate? Is he imposter? Hard to tell cause he acts the same either way

The kind of imposter everyone would think about but there’s no evidence and it seems a bit TOO easy...

But they would feel dumb afterwards when he manages to kill everyone

Especially when they thought he was fixing the oxygen at O2 so they leave him to it until they realise the timer ran out

Leaf:

Will overanalyse EVERYTHING like he always does

“You’d only leave medbay with your character facing right if you used the vent”

Stays clear of everyone like he always does

Never goes to electrical, even if he has like three tasks there

Abuses the hell out of the lights as imposter

Spends a lot of time in vents

Doesn’t make convincing arguments, would be found out pretty early

“Where were you?” “I was at admin.” “What task were you doing?” “A task in admin.” “You don’t say.”

July:

Would probably stream it and play with her viewers in-between music production

Sometimes forgets to mute so when she gets killed or gets a kill her exclamations make it pretty obvious what happened

When she got her first kill she was like, “Oh my Saints, I didn’t think I could get away with that!”

“Jules...”

And then she realises. Oops

Run in circles around the cafeteria table after she finishes her tasks

Gets very caught up as an imposter

Will focus too much on chasing someone and end up killing them in front of others

“Rhys...RHYS! Get back here I only want to talk, honestly!”

Halt:

Playing the game is a different kind of stress for him

For one, he absolutely hates the reactor task cause either he presses the wrong button or a meeting happens and he has to do that again

And swiping a card does not need to be this difficult

*enters electrical* “This is where I die” *finishes tasks and leaves still very much alive* “...”

*entrance gets blocked* “Do it coward” *nothing happens* “...”

“Beckett just vented” “Sounds a little ‘sus’, Uncle :/” *gets voted off* “...”

Playing on computer is a hassle and on a phone there’s no voice chat so normally he doesn’t say much unless someone asks where he’s been

Has a little more luck as imposter but not by much

When he manages to trap someone he spam vents before killing them

Zaxary:

Good lil’ crewmate, is trying his best

Always follow a buddy system! Except when it comes to Beckett

“Beckett...what are you doing? Stop standing so close to me” “I just want to fix the wires :)” “There’s no wires in reactor!”

Would hold emergency meetings to make sure who’s still alive

Gets voted off when he does

The frequent target of Beckett’s trolling

Joins July in going around the cafeteria table after tasks are done

Doesn’t like being imposter, at all

“Guys please vote me off :(“

Marin:

Plays it the least often, considers it a waste of time but joins in after a lot of convincing

Most likely to die in the first round

Has a LOT a shit to say in the ghost chat

“Lewis....LEWIS, you saw him kill me, if you don’t speak up about Halt I will personally confiscate those headphones of yours during work hours”

Tends to spend the game chillin’ in security in between tasks, ends up watching July and Beckett dancing in the hallways

Being the imposter isn’t much different for her

She’ll still hang around in security BUT if someone also wants the cameras she can kill them and cover the body so others can’t see

Actually the others will suspect her with the excuse that she’s been alive for too long
