A lot of the time if I’m painting it’s for a commission or client. I haven’t had the opportunity to explore or experiment in a while. Between running multiple businesses, daddy duties, maintaining mental sanity and sometimes creative block can make picking up your paint brush a mental triathlon. . . That’s ok. Don’t pressure yourself doing that can sometimes lead to depression. Instead try writing on how you feel. That sometimes may lead to sketches or ideas, and eventually a paint study or finished piece.
