We're glad you asked! Project Puddle / Sonic Puddle is an original fan-animation of a sort of story intro cutscene. Its up in the air whether the story will continue in the form of a game or short series, but for now we are focusing on making that intro as wonderful as can be. If you're interested, you can watch the original animatic here. Some shots and timings have been changed since the initial posting but we hope you guys stick around to see where we take it :D

We are Studio Puddle, a small coalition of 4 animators working on a project for fun! We hope you guys like what we have in store and continue to support us in the future for more cool and original projects.

Our first project is an intro scene for a story proposal called Sonic Puddle, the origin of our name! We'll be posting updates as we continue working on it so we hope to see you all as we continue on our journey :D

We're using a mix of programs depending on what the animator in charge of the shot is comfortable with. So it ranges from Clip Studio, to TvPaint, to ToonBoom, to Blender!
