     Peter…keeps going. It’s difficult, but he’s going along with his normal life, trying to SOMEHOW feel the same as before. Deep down, he knows things won’t ever be the same again, even if that’s what he wants so badly, but at least he’s…trying? He’s having nightmares, and he’s grieving, but at least he gets to see his friends again. Ned, and MJ, and Logan who’s OLDER now, and while he still isn’t quite used to it, he will be. 

   It’s a rare moment of free time– May says he should take more time to relax lately. He’s torn between overworking himself with patrol, and not even putting on the suit– it’s all so COMPLICATED. But she’s right, so he’s promised to spend at least a few hours at home before going out, and when he does, he reaches for the soda bottle, planning on pouring himself a quick drink while he watches TV or something. The moment he OPENS the cap, however, is when soda comes FLYING out, spraying him right in the face. “Agh-!” Peter stumbles a bit, eyes going wide as it drips down his face, before there’s a smile, a GENUINE one, and laughter. As much as having soda all over him sucks, it feels RIGHT knowing Logan was the one to do this– Good to know someone isn’t treating him like he’s about to break any moment. After a few moments of laughter, Peter pulls out his phone to send her a text.

Rhee sat primly on a ledge and watched Spider-Man dispatch some would-be bad guys. When he finished, Rhee clapped. 

“So you’re Akavish Katan. The one that the strong child was telling me about.” 

She slipped off the wall and landed neatly in front of him. She surveyed the teen’s work with a critical eye.

☄️- In a dangerous situation

Definitely not an uncommon situation for Peter. He throws himself into danger pretty much ANY day, often without regard for his own health or safety ( which makes both Aunt May and Mr. Stark go crazy with worry, but he’s fine! )– it’s a part of being Spider-Man! This time, though, a lot more is going WRONG than he’d accounted for. Flipping into the scene like he always does, quipping up a storm and webbing the bad guys, everything seemed NORMAL at first. That is, until Peter realizes they brought reinforcements along with them. Seriously?! He thought this was just some normal bank heist, where are these guys even coming from? 

    “The guys at the criminal factory are REALLY working overtime today!” Peter comments as one of his webs lands right in the middle of one of their chests, and he propels himself around, wrapping the synthetic material around the bad guys body and taking him down. “They’ll get a break, though, once the PRISON GUARDS are working long hours for you guys!” Okay, maybe not his best, but he’s trying here! There’s a lot of men coming from just about every corner, and it’s messing up his senses. 

Speaking of those, they begin to BLOW UP all at once, the sound of a gunshot ringing through the air, but everything is already so loud, so overwhelming, that when Peter glances to the side, he doesn’t know WHERE to look, head aching as he tries to make sense of everything, before he feels himself being PUSHED to the side, and time speeds up again once he hits the ground. The bullet whizzes past him and he blinks a few times, only to see Logan standing right there– she’s the one that pushed him out of the way.
