Page 1. --- Thomas Vigor Arrested in 'Strongarming' ---- Charged with robbery with violence, Thomas Vigor, 45, residing in a houseboat at the foot of Renfrew Street, was arrested by Detectives A. Doe and T. Parks and Police Constables W. Davies and A. C. Stavert, shortly before midnight Friday.
Police allege that Vigor had strong-armed Ivor Osterhorn, recent arrival from Hope, near Main and Keefer Streets. Another man believed to have been implicated in the robbery made his escape. Vigor was picked up within a few minutes of the holdup. He will appear in police court this morning.
