if there's anything i'd tell my younger self is : Learn About Personal Finances and how to manage a budget (and a credit score if you're US/UK). if you think you know, actually do learn because it'll make a HUGE difference. the number on your bank account is F A K E. use a spreadsheet and keep track of your spendings (once a week, a month, whatever but keep track). have goals!! it's truly the only way to save. build up a savings account for when shit hits the fan. keep 3 or 6 months of expenses in it. dip into it when a big bill comes up. then build up a savings account for holidays and anything big you can't buy right away.
the only other thing i'd say is : STRETCH. work out in some ways, but mostly, either do yoga or stretch. the pain in your lower back? Hip issues. The headache you've had for a while? might be a tension headache, stretch your neck. youtube has loads of videos, follow along and feel better in your body. once you can (hence the budgeting thing about), invest in a gym where you can attend classes and go to a yoga class and a stretching class. you're NOT getting old, you're getting STIFF. which is something you can undo! (i am no medical professional, if you are not abled or have any medical issue, bring it up with your doc)
