Another gradient expansion, this time to put Domon suiting up inside a space much larger than the Shining Gundam holds.

The new opening credits have some nice shots, like this one of Gundam Maxter kicking Bolt Gundam. They haven't actually met in combat yet, so this is, for now, a "what if" scenario showing an alternate universe in which Chibodee Crocket practiced kickboxing.

Note the haft of Dragon Gundam's Beam Flag coming in from the right of the frame. I decided not to try to stretch that all the way across this stitch. It would've looked really silly, for one, but it also would've required redrawing the flag from scratch. The angle and perspective it comes in with means that the entire right side of this stitch would've been occupied by the pole, if I wanted to keep true to the show's depiction.

This was a surprisingly-dynamic sequence of frames! The Mobile Fighters were fully animated, not painted.

Observe how the right forearm and upper arm are joined at the elbow. Does that look like the hinge is operational? This is the beauty of the old hand-drawn mecha anime. Stuff can be off-model in order to look better in the moment.
