This low-carb treat, the Strawberry Orange Keto Milkshake, is flavorful and fulfilling. Full of fruity flavors and good fats, it's ideal for anyone on a ketogenic diet or just wanting to treat themselves without feeling guilty.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen strawberries. 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup coconut cream. 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional. Whipped cream keto-friendly, optional. Fresh strawberry and orange slices for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the almond milk, coconut cream, erythritol, frozen strawberries, orange segments, and vanilla extract. You can also add a few ice cubes to the blender if you like a thicker consistency. Blend on high until the milkshake is smooth and creamy and all the ingredients are well combined. Taste and add more erythritol if necessary to adjust the sweetness. Transfer the keto milkshake into a serving jar or glass. Not required: Add whipped cream that is keto-friendly on top, and decorate with slices of orange and strawberry. Enjoy your cool Strawberry Orange Keto Milkshake right away after serving!
