This Paleo-friendly twist on traditional guacamole incorporates sweet strawberries for a unique flavor combination. It's perfect for a refreshing snack or appetizer.
Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed. 1 cup diced strawberries. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Mash avocados, diced strawberries, diced red onion, lime juice, chopped cilantro, sea salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a medium-sized bowl. Once the strawberries are evenly dispersed throughout the guacamole, gently stir until well combined. If needed, adjust the seasoning by tasting it.
