To expand on what I said in the replies that maybe will help other people understand your point better, the culture that people are claiming South Koreans are stealing is specifically black-american culture. AAVE, the musical references, the aesthetics etc are specifically black american, not black culture as a whole. The criticism of South Koreans is always that they are taking black american culture and applying it to their music, and never that they’re taking from nigerian, ethiopian, kenyan etc cultures, other black cultures, so it’s a very american-focused issue. It only gets criticized when they use cultures that are in the imperial core. The idea that they are stealing from American culture ignores fundamental aspects of imperialism and also that American culture and media is exported overseas. It’s an important distinction to understand in this conversation that the culture they are drawing inspiration from is one that is being imposed onto their countries in various ways. This is not to say that South Koreans cannot be racist towards black people im sure you can find examples but what morena is trying to say is that there is a difference between being racist towards people on the basis of skin color and drawing inspiration or taking parts of a culture that is imposed on you due to the exportation overseas and using it for your music.

Thank you and also I am saying whatever "antiblack" sentiments do exist in Korea, they are better fought against by challenging the US military occupation of Korea. And there is a difference between prejudice against darker skinned people and antiblackness which describes the very specific relationship of western imperialism with the many victims of colonization in the african continent and the transatlantic slave trade, a system that ROK is not, has never been, a part of beyond the occupation.
