We’re going to have to know how much debt you intend to accrue by that time because how much debt you accrue by that time is going to be the decisive determinant in how much interest you’re going to be paying at that time. That’s going to figure into your bottom line of your fiscal capacity to actually manage debt safely.” Any credit agency would ask that of Bart Simpson when he comes and says: I’m good for it, dude.
