Little bit of an unfortunate adventure today. Bunch of snow came off of the arena roof shortly after I had mounted up. I was adjusting my gloves and had the reins totally loose...so when she bolted I was just along for the ride... unfortunately it all ended with me slamming into the arena wall. Thank goodness for my helmet or I might not be typing this. My helmet made a rather loud cracking noise, so I think it's done for.
