“YOU CAN’T FUCKIN’ KILL ME, I’M A BAD BITCH!”

For a moment, everything’s quiet. No looming voice, no sense of dread. The bathroom is empty of an ominous presence once more and Kodi peeks open an eye to stare at the mirror. Nothing but her own reflection stares back.

“...”

Whatever the hell that was needs to stay far, far away from her. If it comes up again, she won’t hesitate to tell Damsel that the timeline’s code is off kilter... or. Something to that effect. Maybe. If she can’t fight it off herself, at least.

{ Examine- Olivia Octavius, Age 31 }

“You?!” 

Dr. Octavius shrugged back into her lab coat and turned, unhurried. “You shouldn’t watch people change. Very rude.” 

“You’re- You’re Doctor Octopus!”

“Slow one, aren’t we? I also go by Doc Ock if your brain can’t handle the extra syllables.” 

The officer kept staring, his eyes huge and frightened. Then his training kicked back in and he drew his gun. Nuisance. “Put your arms in the air!” he shouted. “All of them!” 

 “Okay, okay, take it easy.” She slipped back out of her coat so her tentacles could free themselves and raised her arms. She was used to being the smartest person in the room, but she still had to marvel at this man’s stupidity. Before he could respond one tentacle smacked the gun out of his hand while another wrapped around his throat. “Is this what you wanted?” Understandably, the man didn’t respond. 

“It is so disappointing when people can’t accept you for who you really are,” she said, tightening her grip. In response all she got was a thin wheeze. Doc Ock cupped a hand to her ear. “What’d you say? Didn’t catch that.” His legs were still kicking with surprising strength. She’d never successfully strangled anyone before; she’d always been interrupted. Once his eyes slid closed it stopped being interesting, though he was still twitching. She snapped his neck for good measure and let him fall.

okAy so yoday on my ted talk im gonna ramble about farrow, event farrow specifically

up to his death he was kinda getting more into the game? he went from a reluctant asshole who only did shit so he could get back home to an assholr who did shit to try to help the team. hell, even when he had to be bait the only reason he didnt just shove someone else in there to do it was because he was the only one who was gonna get in there.

he knew it was a lost cause trying to help heal up people who were clearly uncomfortable with him but didnt want them to fucking die on the mission because it would be counter-productive. even if he hated their guts, even if they were absoltely dead to him, he wouldn’t consider killing them because he knew it’d be a shit move
