I once met someone who claimed they could tell the future just by the way the wind blew. They laughed when I didn’t believe them, but the next day, it rained. I didn’t know if it was magic or just a lucky guess. Either way, I didn’t walk without an umbrella the next time we met.

This is the first edition of Stanger Stories. I am so hopeful for the results. I am so excited to see the stories that are produced from this adventure. Here's to the start of what may be a success, crash and burn, or never take off!

When Walter had a moment where he couldn't hear the children, he would stop and stare at the ground. He would use the trick of 'out of sight, out of mind'. He imagined his life before kids. Randall saw people out there that excelled in their various arenas. He saw those that were great at speech craft and their little clique. He was a little jealous of the ones with high sneak because they would also be great in something complimentary. Randall just felt frustrated sometimes. He knows that conjuration is awesome. But he knew that he would never need an army of zombie or skeletons fighting for him. It was literally useless in real life applications. And there was nothing that he could transition to. He had points in blades and destruction but it was like a quarter of what he has in conjuration. Jenny was having a hard time. Her current struggle was to figure out what she was struggling with, exactly. She was sad and mopey because she didn't have physical affection. It's like she thought of the good times and they were all physical stuff. Like being playful. Or like just snuggling. Or even laying in bed and having pillow talk while they would smoke a bowl before work. It WAS all physical stuff together that she would remember. And then someone would probe her to vent and they would end up telling her that she just needs to put herself out there. And then she would exclaim that that isn't what she wanted. She just wants the instant pleasure from a situation but she didn't feel the situation was worth it. Pham was all about her burrito. She was in the middle of a weight loss transformation and was feeling tremendous guilt. A lot of people encouraged her to go against her new diet. They would justify it by explaining how much she lost already. They were making food the reward for sticking to her goals. She didn't want to give herself a prize for being healthy. She didn't want a prize for having goals and going after them. She want her health to be a reward. She wanted muscle density to be her trophy. So she felt guilty for giving in. While she knew that her support group would tell her that it was excusable, they were discouraging her. She began to see her friends as bringing her down. She wanted their support.
