How To: Store your tea

Improperly storing tea can ruin the tea and make it taste weak. Here are some tips on how to store your favorite tea.
• Store all teas in a sealed container
I personally store all my tea in tea tins. They are sealed in work great. A plastic bag will work as an adequate substitute. This is probably the bigest thing you can do to keep your tea fresh.
• Know how long your tea last
Certain teas last certain times. Black tea may last a few years while Green tea may only last six months. The longer you keep the tea, no matter what, the less flavor it has.
• Never leave your tea out
This is one of the biggest mistakes I've made. Even leaving tea out overnight can spoil it.
