I remember when knitting @fashionknitweardesignntu together with my best mate Oksana, we would spend hours and hours knitting samples away! Do you remember @oksanaholbrook ? I remember our Knitwear Technician Phil showing us how to use a manual industrial Stoll machine which soon became one of my favourite machines to use and how rewarding it felt to knit through the very first swatch ! I loved the stitches I could make with it and the rewarding sensation of having caused an old school machine to knit so well. Many people look at knitted pieces without realising how much itās involved : how many needles and buttons are working in the process. The tension must be right again otherwise the whole piece can fall down in moment.... even after hours of intricate knitting!
