Days 18-22: This week has been crazy so far. I’m going into an actual office to work for the first time in a couple of years. I gotta say, I don’t know how people with young kids do it daily!!! It’s really hard!! I feel for you guys. Actually being back in an office and doing something I have a lot of experience doing (magazine design/production) has been kind of nice in itself. But being away from the little guy is hard. Joseph has not been too happy about it, either, even though he was basically in the best possible situation (a friend with a very sweet boy of similar age watched him at her house). Anyway, just a few stitches a day for the last few days, including this “bye mom” because that’s what he says when I leave.
