and they both look to Danny who’s like “that’ll never happen” because they just moved to a small town and he’s not out yet at school so how could he possibly find someone to go to this party with.

Then Allison tells Scott why she can’t go on a date and Scott’s like- “Oh, well...I have a friend and he is newly single and owes me a favor...”

So Danny is forced onto this blind date even though he isn’t over his ex and has recently found out about the family trade secret(being a hunter) but Allison doesn’t know yet so Danny is constantly on edge. And then Stiles is his dorky self who is having a horribly awkward time because it’s his first date with a guy and he hates parties because of his anxiety. Oh and did I mention he and Danny don’t get along? Like the date is comically bad and they had already met at school and hated each other almost instantly.

It had started off with Stiles calling out Danny on his complete bullshit of no strings attached, just sex when he spent pretty much every night coming through Stiles’s window and in his bed. Not to mention the constant hickies that were clearly for show and Danny making a point, even if he wasn’t able to admit it. That had turned into a heated argument, Danny getting both defensive and aggressive at the same time and hoping his usual use of snarky insults and anger would get Stiles to back down. Which it hadn’t, obviously, which had let to more heated words and Stiles basically admitting he liked Danny even when he was the biggest asshat around. Which had somehow led to Danny all but attacking Stiles’s mouth and some of the most intense sex Stiles was pretty sure they’d ever had.

 It was kind of amazing Stiles’s bed was still in one piece as Stiles lay there on his back, body sprawled out and breathing heavily as he tried to catch his breath. His hair was a mess, his neck was pretty bruised and he was fairly certain walking would be an issue tomorrow but right now he was just still feeling the buzz of what had just happened and wondering what the hell it even meant. “Well, that sure was one way to end an argument” Stiles swallowed thickly, almost unsure about looking over at Danny who was also very much naked and on the bed with him. He had no idea what was going through his head right now or what he might even say after that.

“This really isn’t the kind of thing I can afford to joke about right now,” Stiles yells after him when Danny turns to leave the locker room.

He doesn’t actually mean to continue this conversation, but losing one’s virginity really kind of sucks and of course it’s all easy enough for Danny to make light of. Danny’s been studmuffining around since he shot up six inches in seventh grade and made the entire male population of Beacon Hills Middle School question both their sexuality and their success at undergoing puberty in one fell swoop.

He also doesn’t expect Danny to give him the time of day, but there he is, leaning against the cinderblock wall when Stiles trudges through the door. Seeing him there is only slightly less surprising than running into the entire alpha pack wearing nothing but lederhosen. “So...what’s the big deal?” Danny asks.

Stiles eyes him askance. “Do you really want to know or are you just kidding again? Because I can see this getting really old really fast.”

“Fine.” Danny adjusts his shoulder strap and manages to flex about a thousand perfectly honed muscles in the process. “Don’t tell me why you were screaming about how having sex is literally a matter of life and death. I can find other things to do tonight anyway.”

“Oh,” says Stiles. “There’s just this serial killer who probably isn’t totally human who’s been going around killing virgins.”

Danny blinks. “Okay. You know, there are easier ways to get laid.”
