That made his daddy frown. He took so long to answer Caleb thought maybe he wouldn't. His daddy did that sometimes. "No we're not. That doesn't mean I don't love her and you. I love you two very much."

 "But she calls you her husband and and you told my teacher she was your wife."

 Keegan sighed, his daddy looked really tired all the sudden. "Hey bud, you wanna go visit Grandpa Stilinski?" 

 "Yeah!!"

 A few days later Caleb was really confused as his dad dressed up in a suit his mom said was /only/ for special occasions and watched as his dad finished putting something in the oven. 

"Hey bub mind getting the door. Don't forget to ask for it is first."

 "K!" Caleb bound over to the door and went to open it before remembering he was supposed to ask. "Who is it?"

 "Batman and Robin." Came the reply. 

 "Uncle Stiles!!!!" Caleb yanked open the door and barreled into his uncle's legs, hugging them like his life depended on it.

 "Hey how's my favorite crime fighter?"

 "Good! Daddy's making me wear stuffy clothes. Mommy's gonna get maaaaad." 

Stiles snorted out a laugh as Grandpa Stilinski bent down to pick up Caleb. "Well if she gets mad at him she'll have to get mad at all of us, won't she?" The retired sheriff winked and walked in, greeting Keegan warmly. There had been a time when things had been strained between them. Between all of them but Keegan had changed his mind and the minds of the pack over the years. He was just as much pack as the boy in his arms. "It looks like we're the last to arrive." He observed taking in the rest of the pack with a fond smile.

 Allison and Cora discussing a new fitness trend while Kira and Malia grinned and chose the music. Scott was leaning against the wall leading into the kitchen where Keegan and Melissa's voices were coming from.

 Derek walked out a second later, nodding at them before Caleb wiggled out of hid arms and ran over to the eldest Hale. "Dead duck Alice duck!" He demanded and without hesitation Derek scooped the boy up and proceeded to play the game. 

 It wasn't even 15 minutes later that Lydia was walking in. Everyone tucked away out of sight as Caleb did his job and ran up to hug her the second she walked in before handing her an envelope. While she read Keegan got ready. She looked up from the card, hand coming to cover get mouth with a gasp.

 "It's a few year's late, but would you do the honor of-" "Yes!" "Only gonna ever say it once. Sure you don't want me to finish that sentence?"

 "Oh my God just the answers yes but yes."

 "Will you marry me?" 

 "Yes!"
