Di: Can't believe it's been a year. -kisses him back- It's been a great one, though.

Steven: It really has. I have a little present for you. Give me a minute. -runs upstairs to get it-

Di: A present? -smiles as he disappears-

Steven: -returns- Happy Anniversary. It's a scrapbook of our first year together.

Di: -smiles, flipping through it and looking at the pictures- oh my god -giggles- this is amazing, I love it. -kiss him, again-

Steven: I'm glad you like it. -kisses back-

Di: How did you make this without me even knowing about it? -continues flipping through pictures-

Steven: Because I'm sneaky. There are pictures from all our dates in here. I even put the letter that I wrote you in there and your corsage from the ball

Di: I don't think sneaky covers it. I'm now convinced you're actually a secret agent or something. -chuckles- That's so sweet, and so thoughtful. -smiles- oh my god, my corsage. back before we were even dating. -looks up at him and smiles- you kept it?

Steven: Not a secret agent, just good at hiding things. of course I did. Why wouldn't I?

Di: -shakes head- Nope. Secret agent. hands down. Period. -shrugs- I don't know.. It's just.. Nobody's ever done anything like any of this for me before..

Steven: -notices that Dianna is getting a little teary- Babe? Are you crying?

Di: -shakes head and wipes a small tear, still smiling- ...no.

Steven: Yes you are babe. Why? They best be happy tears

Di: Because... you actually took the time to do something like this... it's perfect.. you're perfect.

Steven: I love you Di. And I wanted to do something special for this occasion. I know it's only been a year but it has been the best year of my life by far. -kisses her again-

Di: It's definitely been the best year of my life, as well. Honestly, I don't even remember what I did when you weren't around.. I love you so much. -kisses him back-

Steven: -pulls out of the kiss slowly- I have one more thing for you, but it's upstairs

Di: There's more?

Steven: yes

Di: What is it..?

Steven: -takes Dianna by the hand and leads her upstairs to the bedroom- Close your eyes

Di: -takes his hand and follows him. closing her eyes in slight confusion-

Steven: I was kidding the surprise isn't up here. We actually have to go to it but.....I need you to get changed first.

Di: -punches him playfully in the arm- Loser. Got me all excited. -giggles- Oh? What's the occasion?

Steven: The occasion is that's it's our anniversary and I want to spoil you rotten

Di: So, I need to get all dolled up and gorgeous looking.

Steven: You look gorgeous no matter what you're wearing darling but I want you to put on this dress - points to the long red dress in the wardrobe- and meet me downstairs in 10 minutes. -goes downstairs and waits for her-

Di: -takes the dress out- Oooh fancy. We must be going somewhere nice. Okay. Ten minutes. I think I can do that.

Steven: -tries to stop himself getting too nervous-

Di: -slowly makes her way downstairs in the dress that Steven had picked out-

Steven: You look amazing darling. Let's go.

Di: Well, thank you. -takes him by the arm- Where exactly are we going, anyway?

Steven: You'll see.

Steven: -the pair get into the car and Steven begins to drive after about 10 minutes they pull up outside the restaurant they went to on their first date-

Di: Always with the surprises. -chuckles- -looks outside the window as they pull up- Oh my god -eyes widen- This was our first date.

Steven: Yeah, it is -smiles- -They go inside and ask for a table as they were waiting for a table Steven gets down on one knee and pulls out a ring-

Steven: Dianna I know we have only been dating a year and there were things I wanted to wait for before I did this but I don't want to wait anymore. You make me the happiest man on earth and I love you. Will you marry me?
