“Memento mori” means “remember that you must die” in Latin. This is an artistic or symbolic reminder of the inevitability of death.
“Eppur si muove” means "And yet it moves". This is a phrase purportedly uttered by Galileo Galei about the earth.
These phrases together are meant to explain that even if you die some day, the earth still moves every day, so you have to do something worthy, something to be remembered and something to make you happy to be alive everyday untill the day you die.
