Just watched the OUaT episode “Sisterhood.”
Anyway, Drizella only made it look like Gretel was dead for Gothel’s benefit. Once she was gone, she healed her wound.
Also, now that she and Anastasia have returned to EF 2.0, Drizella and Gretel are raising Ana together.
