Regarding the issue of follow up asks on controversial topics: a BNF's blog I follow has a policy of never posting asks sent in reply to other asks. He adds a little reminder at the end of any ask he publishes that is likely to cause a discussion, politely asking people to use replies or reblogs. Maybe that's something that could work for you? Also, your blog is amazing, I really appreciate your thoughtful way of discussing things, and you have the most soothing voice and accent I've ever heard!

Shorter chapters make my life easier from a practical standpoint (easier to find time to read them in one sitting), but longer chapters are usually more rewarding. Also, let’s be honest, I would read your fic even if you exclusively posted it in 100 word updates.

oh hello! i find a young doctor’s notebook really fascinating to watch as it has its comedic elements but on the other hand the storyline could get very dark as to handling drug addiction. it’s just really interesting to see how they managed to balance them so well. and yes, you should really give it a chance as i am sure you will enjoy it as much as i do.
