Spending Christmas and Hanukkah with Stan and Bill
Summary: just some headcanons about spending christmas and Hanukkah with Bill and Stan.Â
A/N: This takes place when the boys are adults fyi. I know itâs a bit early but Iâve put my christmas tree up so itâs practically christmas already lol. Let me know what you think! I looked up a lot of thing about Hanukkah for this imagine, but if anything is wrong with my information than please tell me and Iâll change it and Iâll keep it in mind for the future!Â
- You, Bill and even Stan love the Christmas holidaysÂ
- Stan is obvious Jewish, and at first he thought that spending Hanukkah and Christmas in your homes would be very awkward, but all three of you are so respective of each otherÂ
- Bill and you listen intently when Stan told you all about Hanukkah, and you guys tried to recreate all the tradition and games.Â
- As kids neither of you really payed attention to Hanukkah, because Stan would barely talk about it, as he didnât celebrate it with any of the losers, only with his parents. As soon as he three of you grew older though you wanted to know about everything about each other, so Stan reluctantly told you guysÂ
- It wasnât that he was embarrassed about his religion, he just thought that since you and Bill were such big fans Christmas that you wouldnât care enough to celebrate Hanukah with himÂ
- Big mistake on his partÂ
- You and Bill spend hours trying to figure everything out, what food to cook, what games to play, what the traditions were ectÂ
- When Stan came home from his work on the first day of Hanukkah, he almost criedÂ
- He was so surprised that you and Bill put in so much efforted, he swears he fell a little bit more in love with you guysÂ
- During Hanukkah you guys play Dreidel, Stan absolute loves that about Hanukkah, which you only put up with for the sake of tradition, because that game is so hardÂ
- Both Bill and Stan are competitive though and they absolutely throw everything they got into the gameÂ
- Theyâve been known to distract each other on multiple occasions Â
- Itâs the only thing that really makes the game bearable for you, because you love watching your boys trying to assert their dominance in a sweet kind of way, with lingering gazes and sweet touchesÂ
- Though you donât like Dreidel at all, you love joyous singing of traditional Ashkenazic and Sephardic songs, even though you suck at it
- Itâs all in good spirits though, and Stan and Bill love it when you sing, because even if it sounds bad, it never fails to bring a smile to their facesÂ
- Bill especially loves baking. And heâs surprisingly good at it. During Hanukkah Bill bakes potato latkes (pancakes) for and sufganiyot (jelly donuts). You eat it everyday after dinner, while watching a movie and itâs your favorite part of the day. Stan doesnât eat much of the baked goods, because he doesnât really like fried food all that much, but because Bill is so proud of his creations he happily tries it.Â
- You and Bill watch as Stan lights the Hanukkah candles, and he does so with careful precision, afterwards the you and Bill give him a kiss and hug him, content with the little family the three of you are.Â
- Stan loves you and Bill for putting in so much effort into making Hanukkah the best it can possibly be.Â
- So he does his best for ChristmasÂ
- He loves Christmas eve, purely because all the losers come together and he gets to spend time with his chosen familyÂ
- You, Stan and Bill spend hours on decorating the Christmas tree, because if Stan is going help put up the tree, than itâs going to be a damn good one.Â
- You all have a different taste of what the Christmas tree should look like, so really the tree looks awfulÂ
- Thereâs red, blue and yellow ornaments all mixed together, and it does not blendÂ
- But you love that all three of you worked on it, so it stays the way it is
- Supposedly Every Christmas eve the losers switch the house where the party will be heldÂ
- âEveryone should come to our houseâÂ
- âBill sweetie everyone comes to our house every yearâ
- Which is 100% true, you and Stan love to cook and Bill bakes so the food is always great, and also your house is always the cleanest so everyone loves coming overÂ
- One time Richie and Eddie tried to organize the event, but they ended up having to call take out and eat it at someone elseâs place because they burned down their kitchenÂ
- Ben and Bev do always brings board games with themÂ
- Richie and Eddie bring movies, a lot of them, even though they shouldnât bother considering The losers always end up watching frozenÂ
- Mike brings expensive wine that everyone pretends to like but secretly hates, but nobody has it in their heart to tell him it sucks because he always looks so excited for them to taste itÂ
- The losers bring gifts for each other every year, and it seems like Eddie, Richie and Stan have a bet going on, on who cane make Bill blush the most with the giftsÂ
- First it was grand gestures like a giant teddy bear, an iPad, and Stan brought him a real writers feather thingyÂ
- But then one year Richie cheated and bought him a sex toy, which Bill blushed a lot atÂ
- Though jokes on them, whatever he gets from you always makes him blush the most, because your gifts are always personally made.Â
- Stan blushes at the gift Bill and you give him for Hanukkah, but not for Christmas because Stan is a master at hiding his feelingsÂ
- On Christmas day Bill, Stan and you take the day off and spend the entire morning in bed together
- Just cuddling the entire morning, thinking about how lucky all of you were to have each otherÂ
- You bake some more sweets and drink hot coco, and sometime Stan will even be convinced to play in the snow with Bill and you, if you beg for a little while.Â
- You always honor Georgie during the holidays aswell, usually buying him something small and setting it under the Christmas tree, because Bill loves the idea of people still caring about Georgie even though itâs been 30 years.Â
- Youâre relationship is just full off love and affection and mutual respect, and it shows in all aspects of your relationship
