Emily and Stacie knew of each other,  but the two never really interacted until third year. 

Emily had decided to take Divination in her third year and despite loving it she just didn’t seem to grasp any of it. One day in the Library, Emily is trying to get her Divination homework done and she is ready to pull her hair out over her copy of Unfogging the Future. “You look like you could use some help.” Stacie sat with Emily and helped her through all of her homework that night, but Emily was beyond distracted at how pretty Stacie was and Stacie found Emily to be absolutely adorable.

Soon Emily is spending more and more time in the Library. Stacie’s always excited to see her and even let’s Emily pretend like she doesn’t understand her homework so that Stacie can help. (Even when she’s fully aware Emily understands)

The two start hanging outside of the Library together, but Stacie is always very careful. When Emily asks her one day if she’s okay, since she seems so on edge Stacie admits that her parents wouldn’t approve of the two hanging out. Emily is saddened by the statement, but Stacie reassures her that it’s not how she feels at all. Stacie, after ensuring no one could see them, leans down and kisses Emily lightly.

Emily takes Stacie to her nook and the two often spend hours there during free time so that they can spend quality time together or you know just make out.

Emily has never felt this way about anyone, never dating anyone before Stacie. Stacie can say the same, considering Emily is the only person she’s ever wanted to be serious with.

The summers are the hardest because Emily’s parents want Stacie to come visit, but Stacie’s parents don’t think their daughter should be wasting her time with Hufflepuffs. They send owls daily and Emily writes Stacie songs. 

The first day back on the train, when they finally see each other after a full summer they can’t hold back their excitement. “I love you,” Stacie had blurted out and Emily had stared at her in shock. “I love you too Stacie,” Emily had said finding an empty car on the train that they could go and cuddle and kiss in to make up for lost time.

As time goes on Stacie is tired of hiding their relationship and becomes increasingly more reckless. Emily’s family even convinces Stacie’s parents to let her come spend some time tutoring her over the summer. Since Emily’s parents are not only aware of their relationship, but also approve they allow for the girls to spend the time together as they please. 

It is the first time the girls don’t have to worry about hiding and they take full advantage of it. They go to muggle areas, their fingers interlaced as they explore no one knowing who they truly are.

Stacie’s parents find out about Emily during their sixth year. They send Stacie a Howler saying she’s disgraced their family. Emily tells Stacie they should end it, but Stacie refuses saying it’s about time she stood up for herself. During the summer the Junks agree to let Stacie stay with them. 

Emily’s brothers give Stacie a hard time at first because of the reputation they have heard, but when they see she genuinely cares for Emily they love them together.

Emily is a legacy of a long line of Hufflepuffs. This is actually a bit of an understatement considering Emily is a descendant of Helga Hufflepuff on her mother’s side.

Despite her family’s legacy, Emily has always been a humble, sweet, and kind person. Emily is the youngest of three brothers and has always been the sunshine of the family.

Emily loves everything about Hogwarts. She started her first year so eager to learn about everything Hogwarts had to offer. She was never the brightest in her house, but she always tried her best and wasn’t afraid to ask for help if needed. 

Emily loves to write. She has journals upon journals upon journals. She writes about her life at Hogwarts, her family and friends, things about the world she wishes she could change, poetry, and song lyrics. No matter where Emily is, she always has her journal.

Emily is a member of the astronomy club. She absolutely loves the night sky and the stars. She’s not one to break rules, but she sometimes will take the long way back to her common room after astronomy club, to just enjoy the stars in complete quiet.

As much as Emily is a people person and loves to be around her friends she sometimes longs for a place of her own. Especially cause even at home there is no escaping the many people in her home. One day she was wandering, on a floor she wasn’t too familiar with. It was deserted for the most part and she found the cutest little nook. It was hidden away where unless you knew it was there you wouldn’t see it in passing. This became her spot to come to just get away for a bit and she loved to curl up and write for hours. 

In Emily’s fifth year she was made a Prefect. She was a bit surprised when she received the badge over the summer. As excited as she was, she questioned if she could pull it off. Her brothers spent the rest of summer break reassuring her that she didn’t have to be mean to be a good prefect. 

Emily has a small obsession with all things muggle. She often drags her families to vacation amongst the muggles. Going to the beach is her favorite past time, but she also loves fairs and carnivals because there is so much fun, food, and people with no magic necessary.

Stacie’s family is well known in the Wizarding world. Her mother is the great great granddaughter of Cassandra Trelawney, but she doesn’t believe in the importance of Divination. She has written many scholarly writings for the Challenges in Charming journal. Her father is the author of Quintessence: A Quest a very well known Charms textbook and has collaborated on other works regarding Charms.

Stacie was raised to believe that there are only two important things in life, status and academics. Everything else was a waste of time. 

Every year she has been at Hogwarts Stacie was the top in her grade.

Stacie is naturally brilliant and has a love for learning, but also enjoys simple things as well. She loves reading anything she can get her hands on, chocolate frogs, and exploring areas she’s not really supposed to.

She has always been a bit of a rule breaker, but rarely got caught. In the few times that she has gotten caught she was able to give such a plausible reasoning for her behavior she didn’t even get in trouble. 

Stacie casually saw a few people at Hogwarts over the years. Meaning she would find an empty classroom or hide behind the quidditch pitch to make out. She never dated, because her parents forbade it and so she would limit the amount of times she would hook up with someone so no feelings or attachments would grow. 

Despite following her parents rules to a certain extent, Stacie did long to find someone and to feel what it’s like to be in love. 

While her parents discourage it, Stacie loves learning about Divination.  Since her parents refuse to let her take Divination at Hogwarts Stacie reads up on it as much as possible, especially with her deep rooted family connection to the subject.

Stacie finds that some of the Ravenclaws look down on some of the other houses especially when it comes to academics, but Stacie since her first year at Hogwarts was always in the Library willing to help anyone who was struggling.

Emily was born a vampire, an extremely rare case and all of the older vampires in her coven are very protective of Emily because of this

While normal vampires who have been turned don’t age, ones who are born age, just at an extremely slow rate (approx. 100 human years = 10 vampire years), so Emily’s been around since about the 19th century

Her given name is actually Aemilia, but she’s adapted it over time because Aemilia just sounds so stuffy

Even though she’s been around for centuries, Emily has never actually met a human.
